Employee benefits are often provided to employees without any attempt to find out what the employees themselves actually want. Employee “sensing” can be instrumental in providing the employer with statistical data that can show what the employees actually want in their benefit package, how they feel about the company, whether they understand the mission statement and values of the company, etc.

We can provide a very flexible online survey tool—as well as a written format for those who do not have access to the Internet. The survey can either be run on a “blind” basis, meaning that the employer does not know how any specific employee responded, or each employee can be given its own private link to the survey, where the employee could track each employee’s response.

The survey allows you to filter results, so that, for example, all employees who have been employed less than one year can have their data aggregated for reporting purposes, or all employees who answered a question in a certain way can have their other answers aggregated.
