Federal Government passed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care
Act (H.R. 3590), which was signed into law on March 23, 2010. Beyond
that, a Reconciliation Bill (the Health Care and Education Reconciliation
Act) has subsequently been passed and signed by the President.
