Benefits Insurance Services (McNeil Benefits) exists for

benefits brokerage and consulting services to employers throughout
California. The President and CEO, Keith H. McNeil, is one of only a few consultants with all of the following professional designations: Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from The Wharton School, and the Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation from National Underwriter. Mr. McNeil is a guest lecturer each year on COBRA compliance and administration at Santa Rosa Junior College and is the author of the COBRA Compliance Checklist and Manual. |

McNeil is also the co-founder of Enwisen, the premier
provider in America today of employee benefits web portal technologies
and products, with clients as diverse as DHL,
Yahoo!, Intuit, L.L. Bean, Hershey Entertainment, Nationwide Insurance,
and the National Basketball Association
(NBA). Enwisen is the preferred vendor for PeopleSoft/Oracle
and Ceridian. Enwisen’s product won a “Top Ten”
award from Human Resource Executive magazine.
